In 2013, I couldn't find a dog bowl worth bringing into my home. Everything felt temporary. Like it was made to be replaced.
So I made one.

A small studio focused on designing and making lighting and unique items for the home, from steel. I've spent the last 20+ years working with metal — designing, welding, and finishing everything by hand.
The Drama Feeder started the same way most of my work does — out of frustration. We couldn't find something for our dog that actually belonged in our home, so I made one.

Drama was our Boxer — and the inspiration behind these feeders. We wanted something worthy of him, so we made it ourselves. He passed in 2015. We still miss him.
Yes. Pieces from our original 2013 run are still in use today. The powder coated finish is durable and low-VOC. The porcelain bowls will last forever.
Wash the bowls with dish soap like any other kitchen dish. They are also microwave and dishwasher safe. For the base, simply clean with a non-abrasive cleaner — the powder coated finish is extremely durable.

Returns
We want you to love your Drama Feeder as much as we do. If you're not satisfied, we offer returns for a refund and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Drama Feeder must be shipped cost pre-paid by customer back to John Beck Steel. A copy of the original receipt must accompany all returns.
Exchange Policy
Once an item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund. This fee will be fully credited back once a replacement order is placed. No restocking fee will be deducted if a replacement order is placed prior to us receiving the returned item.
Warranty
John Beck Steel warrants products sold on johnbecksteel.com to be free of defects in materials and workmanship at time of purchase. We offer a free Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original owner covering manufacturing defects under normal use. If the product becomes defective for these reasons, John Beck Steel will replace it once returned.
This warranty does not cover: vandalism, abuse/neglect, unintended use; surface rust, fading, or outdoor/environmental exposure; paint damage from stone chips, scratches, improper chemicals; acts of nature, improper use, faulty installation, or modification.
