WARRANTY POLICY

We stand behind our products and they are manufactured and assembled with the utmost care. Should there ever be a warranty issue, the following warranty terms apply:

• All light fixtures carry a two-year mechanical defect warranty on all installed fixtures by a licensed professional.
• All light fixtures finishes carry a 3-year warranty when used indoors.
• No warranty of any kind for fixtures installed outdoors. Any items used, but not specifically manufactured and sold for outdoor use will not be covered under any warranty whatsoever.

Any costs associated with removal and reinstallation of products including shipping and freight expenses are the responsibility of the customer. Any product returned must be well packed and properly insured. Damage incurred during shipping is not covered.

Before shipping an item for warranty inspection or repair please contact John Beck Steel for return instructions.

All warranties only apply to the original end user. This warranty is not transferable.

Our warranty policy is not valid for:

• Products used for purposes for which they are not designed or intended. Including using higher than rated bulbs or incorrect bulbs.
• Products which have been subjected to alteration, abuse, misuse, negligence, accident or acts of God.
• Products which have been improperly stored, installed or maintained.
• Products which have been not been installed per written instructions provided or installed by a professionally licensed electrician.
• Products which have been exposed improper temperature, humidity or other environmental conditions.

Our warranty policy does not cover scratches, abrasions, or deterioration due to the use. Patina from use is normal and expected. John Beck Steel reserves the right to determine if a warranty repair is valid.
